The Automatic Egg Nesting System is a modern egg collection solution designed to automate the egg harvesting process. Its primary function is to transport eggs safely from the nesting boxes within the poultry house to the egg collection room, significantly improving operational efficiency while reducing manual labour.

As labour costs continue to rise and skilled workers become increasingly difficult to find, an automatic egg collection system offers an effective solution by lowering labour requirements, reducing operating costs, and maintaining high egg quality through gentle handling and timely collection.

Drawing on many years of manufacturing experience and feedback from poultry producers, we have developed three egg nest configurations to suit a wide range of production systems:
